Walkable to beach

Quiet area that is walkable to the beach. Lots of great bird viewing as well.

The house is in a great location with plenty of room. It could use updating. The mattress in the master was very uncomfortable but the other rooms seemed fine. The outlets had some issues due to age and needing replaced. The patio furniture needs to be updated due to weather mildew moisture breakdown. Maybe aluminum rather than cloth and wicker? Overall, it's a really great house, lots of room and they thought of everything from coffee, tea, spices, plenty of utensils, games etc. we appreciated all of the amenities it offered and easy access to the beach. We'd stay again.The host also got back to us about an issue to ensure we were good.
