Overall this place was ok . The bed sheets did not seem cleaned there was a lot of hair on them . The bathrooms had hair and the extra pillow cases and bed sheets were not washed . The closet with towels was a mess like someone just threw them in there .

Hi Jacqueline, thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry the linens and bathrooms didn't meet the standard you expected. All bedding and towels are laundered and sanitized between stays, and freshly cleaned bed sheets and pillowcases were provided in the drawers under each bed, with towels in every bathroom as well. I live nearby and have cleaners on call, so I always encourage guests to message me the moment anything looks off — I would have had this sorted the same day. I've reviewed it with my cleaning team, including how the linen closet is organized, so the next guest has a better experience. Thanks for staying with us.
