About this property
The Tobias | 4BR, Park-Front + Double Garage
Summary:
Open the front door to a park across the street at The Tobias, a four-bedroom Bayswater house built for family life. A modern kitchen, ducted air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace pair with alfresco dining, a fenced yard and secure double garage. Walk to local cafés and Bayswater Station, with Perth CBD, Optus Stadium and the airport within easy reach.
The Space:
THE SPACE
Kingdom Building Properties built The Tobias new, and every finish reflects it. Floors are modern and light-filled, downlights run throughout, and ducted air conditioning keeps the whole house comfortable through Perth's hot summers and cool winters. The kitchen has 20mm Caesarstone benchtops, gas cooking, and subway tiles, with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and full cookware ready for real meals, not takeaway containers. The living area has a comfortable sofa and reading lamps for evenings in, plus a TV for movie nights. A full laundry with washing machine and dryer means longer stays are no trouble, and there is a private entrance so you are never sharing access with anyone else.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Four bedrooms and two bathrooms give every guest their own space, whether that is two couples, a family of six, or a working group who each want a door to close at the end of the day. Bed linen, hangers, iron, and clothing storage are all provided, so unpacking takes minutes. Travelling with a baby or toddler? A travel cot and high chair are supplied free of charge, just bring your own cot linen for hygiene.
WORK AND CONNECTIVITY
A dedicated workspace and fast WiFi, over 100Mbps, mean The Tobias works as well for a laptop day as it does for a family holiday. Video call or work through the day, then close the laptop and use the same fast connection for the family's Netflix night.
OUTDOORS
Slide the doors open to a private alfresco area set up for outdoor dining, and a small, fully fenced grass yard, safe for kids and pets to play in while you sit outside with a coffee or a drink. The double garage gives secure, locked parking for two cars and easy cover for unloading prams and luggage.
WHAT'S NEARBY
Bayswater is one of Perth's best-connected inner-north suburbs, and The Tobias sits close to all of it.
- Bayswater Station, about a 10-minute walk. Now a major METRONET interchange with four platforms and a new bus interchange, putting you on the Airport Line, Midland Line, or Morley-Ellenbrook Line without a transfer.
- King William Street, Bayswater's cafe strip, a short walk away, home to Drip Espresso Bar and other local cafes for your morning coffee.
- The Bayswater Hotel, known locally as the Baysie, the suburb's local pub since 1898 and recently rebuilt, a walk or short drive away on Railway Parade.
- Riverside Gardens, right on the Swan River, with playgrounds, free barbecues, a dog exercise area, and paths for walking and cycling along the water.
- Maylands Peninsula Public Golf Course, an 18-hole riverside course with city-skyline views, about a 10-minute drive.
- Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley, Perth's cafe and restaurant strip, about 7 minutes by car.
- Whatley Crescent, Bayswater's second retail strip, a short walk for everyday shops.
- Galleria Shopping Centre, Morley, about 7 minutes by car for full-line shopping.
- Perth CBD, about 15 minutes by car, or a direct train ride from Bayswater Station.
- Optus Stadium, about 10 minutes by car, easy for match days and concerts.
- Perth Airport, about 12 minutes by car via Tonkin Highway.
PERFECT FOR
Families who want a fenced yard, a park across the road, and a cot and high chair ready to go. Remote workers and small teams who need a dedicated desk and WiFi that does not drop out. Footy fans and concert-goers who want an easy run to Optus Stadium without paying CBD prices. Golfers who want a quiet base minutes from a riverside 18-hole course.
