Two-story house located within the Morada da Praia Condominium - an excellent location with total security and tranquility. Furnished house, 4 suites with air conditioning, swimming pool and barbecue area. A few metres from the beautiful beach practically reserved for the condominium, and close to the centre of the condominium where you will find a bakery, ice cream parlour, snack bars, supermarket and pharmacy. Rental only for families, NOT allowed for parties. Up to 10 people, additional charge applies, limited to 12 people.
