Other things to note
Please note that this is a basement suite, and our family lives in the main house upstairs. We have two well-behaved boys who are active with school and sports, keeping them out of the house for much of the day.

While we are home, we make every effort to keep noise to an absolute minimum out of respect for our guests downstairs.

Because sound can occasionally travel between floors in any shared home, we kindly ask that our guests also observe quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you!

Small pets maybe allowed upon request at the discretion of the host. There will be an additional pet fees.
