This Ocean & Pool View, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located directly next to the swimming pool on the third floor, offering great views! Just walk down a 3 flights of steps and you are at the pool, ocean, bbq grills and putting green. This condo is about 1200 sq. ft., fully furnished and equipped with linens, cooking supplies, cable TV with a television in the living room and master bedroom, and free local telephone calls. There are sliding glass doors in the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom all leading out to the 40 ft balcony overlooking the pool, with excellent southern exposure.

10th Stay at Cresent House

We had a great time, a beautiful location. The condo was clean when we arrived and had the majority of amenities needed for our stay. The condo is slightly dated but well kept and had a nice home feel. Balconies had a great view of the ocean and pool. Grounds are well kept. The appliances, sinks, and showers worked very well. Plenty of room in bedrooms and baths. The only things I would change would be the television service (maybe the wifi), it kept freezing and cutting off. Add to that the three remotes were just too many. That wasn’t a big deal because most of our time was spent outside, except on the few rainy days we had. The other is the mirrors, too many wall mirrors. Over all it was a nice place.

Good place for a family vacation!

I have stayed at few different Ocean House condos over the years, this one ranks in the better category. Was clean, kitchen is in good shape and well stocked with cooking items (bring salt/pepper). Good view and easy access to the pool/beach. There was some internet/cable issues during our weekly rental, which was out of control of the owners/property manager. They made up for it and we actually survived a week without TV or internet. We would certainly consider staying at the condo again in the future.
