Wave Watchers Paradise at Coquina A213

Welcome to the newly-renovated “Wave Watchers Paradise!” This beautiful two-story, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo boasts unparalleled ocean views and a prime location right on the beach! The new kitchen with all new appliances, two new bathrooms, all new flooring and 3 new beds await your arrival! There are 3 new smart TVs with cable and WIFI for your entertainment! The real attraction, however, is right off your private balcony, where the beautiful sands of Crescent Beach are kissed by the waves of the Atlantic Ocean! The ocean can be viewed from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and your private balcony. Enjoy your favorite morning beverage as you take your front-row seat to watch the stunning sunrise! Less than a minute from your door, you’ll be dipping your toes into the never-ending waves.

With little public access for miles in either direction, there is always plenty of room on the beach for your favorite activities! Surfing, boogie boarding, sailboarding, fishing, sea kayaking, bicycling, jogging, kite flying, frisbee, football, shell collecting, and exploring--Crescent Beach has all these activities! Anastasia Island is a nesting area for sea turtles. Stay on the lookout from May through October and you might see some hatchlings! Dolphins are often spotted jumping just beyond the waves, and birders can observe many different species of shore birds! The second-story sundeck has a dual view of the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. It’s a very enjoyable location for watching a Florida sunset! At the end of the day, the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep after a relaxing day by the pool or on the beach. This property is located just 10 miles south of the charming, historic town of St. Augustine, FL, on Anastasia Island. Restaurants, art galleries, shopping and sightseeing are just a short drive away! This unit is located in The Coquina Condominiums, a nice-sized (42-unit), smoke-free, animal-free, family-friendly complex. With a swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis court, ample parking, and direct beach access, this is the perfect place to unwind. Getaway
Overall the property was very nice…the primary bedrooms bed was a piece of foam on top of the mattress and the windows do not open which is a shame when you would like the waves to lull you to sleep! The kitchen cabinets were in disarray and looked like pots and pans were just tossed in to upper cabinets…I would recommend a new mattress and someone should organize the kitchen! But the decor was tastefully done and the bathrooms were very nice…the unit comes fully equipped with beach chairs and umbrella so it was very convenient and the view was beautiful!!! Also the management was quick to answer and gave us an iron and ironing board😎

Awesome!
Grew up staying in the Coquina Condos and returning as an adult was just as awesome! This unit has been updated and the new kitchen layout is genius. All the kitchen and bath necessities were provided as listed and we had plenty of space for 3 teens and 2 adults. The views were just about as good as it gets at the beach and proximity to the pool was not noisy at all. Will 100% be booking again at some point in the future!

Just about perfect!
This is a beautiful newly remodeled condo in a wonderful location —direct oceanfront, on an expansive, uncrowded beach. The only “issues” we had were minor ones. It took us three days to find the beach umbrellas in the closet of the smaller bedroom, and about that long to discover that there were full length mirrors behind both bedroom doors. The kitchen could use more regular glasses and a bigger skillet. There were plenty of dishes and silverware. This was a beautiful remodeling job from the flooring both upstairs and down to the amazing showers and tasteful kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

What makes this property unique

St. Augustine offers many options for visitors. You can take the trolley to explore the city which is full of history, great shopping and excellent restaurants. You can stroll the old streets with colonial Florida architecture and discover boutiques, sweet shops, street musicians, and artists, or visit the many tourist attractions including trolley tours, horse and buggy tours, the Old Spanish Fort, the Living History Museum and the Colonial Quarter developed by University of Florida, The Alligator Farm, Ripley Believe It Or Not Museum, evening ''ghost'' tours, The Fountain of Youth, Potters Wax Museum, Lightner Museum, Flagler College with its beautiful towers and Tiffany stained-class windows, The Old Jail, The Oldest Schoolhouse, and the Lighthouse and Museum, just to name a few! Great Restaurants Up and Down the Beach! You might imagine that there are lots of really good seafood restaurants in St. Augustine and the beaches--and there are. Most are casual and each have a distinctive flavor and style--O''Steen''s for fried shrimp, Saltwater Cowboys for fresh catch and frozen drinks right on the Intracoastal at sunset, Oasis for a beachy sports bar with fried shrimp, fish sandwiches, and key lime and peanut butter pie, Florida Cracker Cafe in the historic district for grouper sandwiches and salads and live guitar music after dark. Don''t forget Beachcombers on the beach for local color and outside seating right next to the dunes! There's Tony's for pizza right next to the Latitude 30 office and Red Frog and McToad''s for breakfast or casual dining. In St. Augustine the Columbia Restaurant serves authentic Spanish cuisine in a very memorable atmosphere, La Pentola serves continental cuisine to rave reviews, The Floridian offers highly original and locally sourced Southern seafood, steak and vegan fare, and Casa Monica hosts a wonderful Sunday brunch and a martini bar. All are located in the historic district. For cocktails on the water, try Conch House and Resort or Kingfish Grill. Both are located alongside marinas, so you can watch the sailboats and yachts. Gypsy Cab Co. continues to please steak lovers. Nature, Fishing and Golf at its Best: Active visitors enjoy boating, sailing, sea kayaking, or guided kayak and boat excursions along the Intracoastal Waterway, hiking through the many nature preserves and trails, bird-watching, bike rental, surfboard rental and lessons, deep-sea fishing, and jet skiing. Rent a bike or a surfboard nearby, join a kayaking eco-tour, hike through the gardens at Washington State Oaks, fish off Flagler Pier or at Matanzas Inlet, or visit Marineland Research Center to see more marine life up close. Don''t miss the climb to the top of the Old Lighthouse--the view is well worth the effort! This property is located just 10 miles south of the charming, historic town of St. Augustine, FL, on Anastasia Island. Restaurants, art galleries, shopping and sightseeing are just a short drive away! This unit is located in The Coquina Condominiums; a nice-sized (42-unit), smoke-free, family-friendly complex.
