We had a great stay at the Lake of the Ozarks August 10th through the 14th! The location was excellent, and the communication with the host was great overall. The home itself was very nice and made for a great rental and very convenient and quick to get to other places like the grocery store and of course my wife’s Ice Coffee spot on the strip!!We experienced a slight delay at check-in. Our check-in time was 4:00 PM, but we didn’t receive the entry code until after 4:30 PM and had to reach out for an update. When I called, I was informed that the cleaning team had just finished up and that a bit of extra time was needed to complete final preparations, including getting the air conditioning fully set after adjustments from the previous stay. We were still about thirty minutes away and also had to launch our boat and park the trailer, so the timing wasn’t a major issue. It was a bit warm inside when we first arrived, but the home cooled down and the system worked well for the remainder of our stay.The home also could have been a bit more thoroughly prepared by the cleaning team. That said, once we got settled in, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the property and location. Overall, it’s a great home and a good rental, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
