Very attentive host, great communication. Nice spot up on the hill. Very welcoming to me as well as my dog, good little yard set up for pet. It is the bottom floor of a house, with tenants upstairs with some noise that carries through until. Kitchen well set up with many welcome amenities above and beyond what i haves seen in other places. Host very attentive and generous. Very nice stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this property and couldn’t have asked for a better place! The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean, modern, and incredibly spacious it honestly felt much larger than a one bedroom.The location was fantastic, especially being so close to UBCO and with Wood Lake just nearby. It was easy to find, parking was convenient, and despite being so accessible, the property itself was relatively quiet and peaceful.One of the biggest highlights for us was the **huge, fully fenced yard**, which was absolutely perfect for our Goldendoodle. He was so comfortable and clearly loved having all that space to run around and explore. The hosts went above and beyond for him, too having a **dog bed, dog treats, and even a little dog blanket** waiting for him was such a thoughtful touch. It genuinely felt like he was welcomed just as much as we were!We were also incredibly impressed by the thoughtful welcome touches for us. The welcome card, snacks, bubbly water, and the selection of tea and coffee for the three of us were such a lovely surprise and made us feel immediately welcomed.Everything about the property felt intentional and well cared for from the beautiful décor and modern finishes to the cleanliness, layout, and overall comfort. It was stylish without sacrificing that cozy, home-away-from-home feeling. The space was so large and spacious that we genuinely forgot we were staying in a one bedroom.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations,
