This updated 3 bed 1.5 bath house is a great way to relax in the country. The king bed, queen bed, twin with trundle, and pull out sofa sleep 8 comfortably. The kitchen and dining room provide ample room for meal prep and dining for 8. There is an outdoor propane grill provided. The 3/4 acre yard provides play space surrounded by hay fields, with occasional deer and turkey visitors. Easy access to Springfield (25 min), Branson (1 hour), and several area lakes makes it the perfect place to lay your head at night while visiting attractions during the day or simply escaping to the country for a few days. Located on the premises of a former one room schoolhouse, there are a few tidbits that remain including the manual water pump and root cellar.

Graduation

The is not the first time we have stayed here, and, should the need arise, we will stay here again. The home is spacious and well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and near enough to our destination (Bolivar).

What a great home in a quiet area. We stayed five nights and traveled to Springfield each day: easy, pleasant drive. Lambert's was fun but the food was mediocre. Our favorite meal was at Tortilleria Perches.

Clean and Comfortable

We loved this house! It was very clean and had all the basic supplies we needed plus some extra features . I appreciated the lighted makeup mirror on the desk in the master bedroom and the folding tray table and distilled water that I used for my CPAP machine. We also liked the carport and the turnaround space was convenient. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable. The living room has plenty of seating with two couches and a recliner and the dining room table seats six. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The property is in a peaceful setting surrounded by some cows. We would definitely recommend it!

Blessed peace in the country

An awesome property out in the country where you can relax and enjoy the quiet but close enough to things. My second time staying here and the house is always spotless and well taken care of!! The host is awesome and I look forward to staying here again next year when I visit.
