Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Any used items: blankets etc please place on the beds so I know they have been used or put in the laundry room.
Please take all trash inside and out and place in dumpster right near the gate when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We would appreciate shoes to be removed before entering the home due to the dirt/mud from the grounds.
There is NO shooting allowed on the premises. Dogs and kids are nearby.
For showers - please open the bathroom window as there is no ventilation system and this will help with humidity. Laundry - please open the window.

Great place to relax and unwind.

We were looking for a peaceful place to relax and this property was perfect. Check in/out was easy and the place was very clean. We lovesd hearing the river flow from the 3 decks on the house. We highly recommend a stay at this place if you're looking to relax and unwind.

Cox Riverside Retreat

The pictures and decription of this home are very accurate- very quiet and peaceful as described! The home came equipped with everything as stated and was very clean. The owner has been easy to work with and very accomodating. I would highly recommend staying at the Cox Riverside Retreat.

This is the second year we have chose to stay here. Love the convenience of the river right off the deck. Plenty of room for family to enjoy and stretch out. The house is conveniently located close to grab groceries when needed. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Only 25 min trip to Bennett Springs to book float trips or fish. Couldn’t ask for a better Host.
