Guests enjoy this rural setting and the generous spaces in this light-filled, comfortable house. The 3 bedroom home, with accessible bathroom and bedroom, features an adjoining, fully self-contained 1 bedroom unit.

Easy access features include a large, accessible bathroom with grab rails surrounding the roll-in shower and toilet (which is height 500mm) and roll-under vanity. The shower is large enough for two carers to assist, and the bathroom has turning space for manual or electric wheelchair.

Carers or extended family members will enjoy the privacy of the adjoining 1 bedroom unit, complete with a full kitchen, laundry facilities and sliding door access to the timber deck.

Internal and external doorways are 870cm wide, with level concreted surfaces surrounding all house access points.

The accessible bedroom has fully adjustable electric king single, made up with cotton sheets. Guests should bring their own slip sheet, if required.

The mobile hoist which slides under the bed at the lowest level. You must bring your own sling for the hoist, please.

There is a commode and shower chair.

The other three bedrooms have queen beds. The house has three bathrooms, two kitchens and a large living room.

All bedrooms and living spaces have views into the lawned garden and southward across the valley towards the Strzelecki Ranges. The view throughout the day and evening is constantly changing and a popular photographic subject!

Visitors to Harlequin Hill are often here for community, sporting or family events of which there are numerous across the year, including the Morwell International Rose Festival, Farmworld, Latrobe Open Homes, Moe Races to name a few.
