This immaculate private home is located in the heart of Telluride just up the street from the free Gondola, which accesses Mountain Village and the village market. It's also a very short walk north to Main Street with fabulous shops, restaurants, bars and activities.

The home has a large great room with a gas fireplace, large sectional sofa and 55 inch flat screen with all the apps for a huge selection of movies and content.

The gourmet kitchen is decked out with high end viking stainless steel appliances, including 2 convection ovens, griddle and 4 burner gas stove. It also has an oversized Sub Zero refrigerator and gorgeous soapstone countertops and backsplash. Guests may take their meals at the breakfast bar or the full dining room with room to seat up to 8.

The primary master suite encompasses the entire top floor of the residence, which includes a warm fireplace and king sized bed. The room is connected to a full sized office and a private balcony off the front of the house. It also has a 55 inch flat screen smart television, en suite bath with soaking tub and large steam shower and teak bench. The walk in closet has his and her areas with built in drawers for storage as well as a washer and dryer.

The second master suite is on the first lower level and has a en suite bath with double vanities, large glass shower and flat screen television. The bedroom also has separate his and her closets. The next bedroom is a bunk room which has two sets of twin double bunks and a full bath across the hall with large glass shower and dual vanity sinks. Finally the 2nd lower level of the house has the last bedroom with king sized bed and built in wardrobe. It also has en suite bath with glass shower and dual vanity sinks.

The family will enjoy the Media Room equipped with home theater system and huge 82 inch flat screen. the room has a large sectional and a separate seating area with small fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker and comfortable seating for 4.

Organization is not a problem as this home is furnished with lots of storage space just inside the front door with a separate custom closet for winter coats, skis, helmets, or any other gear throughout the seasons. It also has boot warmers to insure you have nice warm dry boots each morning to start your day. There is a powder room as well in this area for convenience.

Enjoy some fresh air on the private deck just off the main living area equipped with gas grill, green egg and comfortable outdoor seating. The views are always lovely year round.
