A brand new single-family bungalow on Amelia Island in close proximity to beaches, downtown, shopping malls, and the Atlantic Rec Center pool which provides public access to the kids splash park. There is plenty of room for everyone and a beautiful front porch to enjoy morning coffee or evening talks.

Master bedroom features a queen-size bed, walk-in closet, dual vanities in the bathroom with step-in shower. The second bedroom has a twin bed with a bathroom right across the hall. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed.

Amelia Island

Very clean, neat, comfortable home. Stocked with everything one would need, pots, pans, towels, beach umbrella etc. for your stay. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Big backyard, small patio in the back, big porch on the front of the house and a nice paved carport! We enjoyed our month long stay.

Wonderful Home Away From Home

It was a very peaceful and enjoyable vacation with family and a wonderful time to also be without family. The month was a plus for us and we would do it again. The house was perfect with everything working and in order. Thank you to the property managers for making this possible.

Fernandina's Finest

This is a FANTASTIC home for rent. We've been renting places on the island for decades now. You can pay alot more money to be directly on the beach in a "not so new" weekly rental condo or you can have a swanky new stand alone home for the week close to the beach, Publix, restaurants and shops. You make the call but you won't be disappointed selecting this property. The home is immaculate, comfortable beds and furniture, excellent linens and all your kitchen needs will be met. Brittany is an EXCELLENT host and is very flexible and communicative. I wouldn't waste another second looking. Book this place and begin planning the rest of your vacation fun things to do. If you like to ride bicycles, they have wonderful bike paths throughout the island but best of all is riding on the beach at low tide. ENJOY!!

Perfect July Retreat!

My daughter and I rented the property for one month in July and a friend from out of state joined us for the last week of our stay. We loved our stay and the house was exactly as described. The location was perfect, short drive to the beach and old town. The YMCA is a short drive (we joined for a month to continue our workouts!) as is publix for those quick food shops. Very safe cute neighborhood and loved the covered carport which kept the car cool!
