South Beach Cabana is a renovated duplex located across the street from the beach featuring 2 private vacation rental units. There is a refreshing pool on property and access to a private beach walkover directly across the street.

This unit features a private oceanview top-floor deck that is outfitted with comfortable outdoor dining furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking essentials needed for your stay, including a Keurig. The newly-updated kitchen includes a microwave and oven, as well as a full refrigerator/freezer. The front bedroom has a king size bed and features large windows that are perfect for watching the sunrise. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and pool views! The living room has a pull-out sofa with a queen size memory foam mattress.

Guests will have full access to the pool that is shared with the downstairs unit. South Beach Cabana also has access to a private beach walkover directly across the street which makes getting to the beach a breeze!

For your convenience, the unit is stocked with an iron/ironing board, washer/dryer, broom/ dust pan, luggage racks, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and beach towels.

Fresh linens are provided along with starter housekeeping supplies which include paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, basic toiletries, a few Kcups, and trash bags.

Located in the middle of Amelia Island, South Beach Cabana is a quick drive or walk to all of the island's best dining and shopping.

Within walking distance, you can enjoy dining and live music at The Surf or Slider's, or ice cream from several local treat spots.

To the North you will find Main Beach featuring the Salt Life restaurant and Sandbar Kitchen, a playground, and beachside putt putt golf. From there, Amelia Island's downtown historic district is a short drive down Atlantic Avenue. there you will find plenty of wonderful restaurants, shopping, nightlife and local culture. Fort Clinch State Park is also located along Atlantic Avenue. The park features the 19th century Fort Clinch (still open to the public for tours), a quiet beach, and lots of beautiful trails for hiking or biking.

The South end of the island boasts several wonderful restaurants, the Ritz and Omni resorts, a picturesque tree canopy biking trail, and several local boutiques. We recommend checking out the Ritz spa if you are looking for a relaxing treat!

Amelia Island is a small area and is very easy to navigate! There is free parking available throughout the entire island making driving very easy to any place you choose to visit.

Ubers are available through the app on your smartphone.

Bike rentals and other beach supplies are available at Hall's Beach Store which is located just 1 mile north of South Beach Cabana.
