About this property

Studio apartment in the city center, close to everything.

The studio apartment is located in the centre of Capitólio, 450 metres from the main square, 280 metres from the lakefront, 600 metres from the beach and the BH supermarket. Close to restaurants, snack bars, burger joints, and pizzerias in the city. The accommodation is private and has 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, totaling 4 guests in 1 bedroom. It has a private bathroom and a small kitchen with complete utensils (we currently do not have a mini-fridge, it will be provided soon). We have bed linens (no bath towels). The room has a ceiling fan. There is no garage; you can park on the street. The location is quiet and safe, with no history of danger. The studio apartment is located in a very calm and quiet area; you will have a good night's sleep without noise. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
