This is my second attempt at short‑term renting. The first time, I spent a huge amount of money six pillows per bed, blankets around the fireplace, brand‑new everything: fridge, beds, mattresses, you name it. It didn’t work out. For every two‑night stay, I had to spend a week cleaning just to get the place back to spotless, and in the end I made absolutely nothing.
So this time it’s basic: no beds, so guests can bring their own, fast internet, air‑conditioning, plenty of parking, and minimal extras. Guests must clean up after themselves or they’ll be charged an additional $500. So please keep it clean.”

Why they chose this property

I love the remoteness here no hustle or bustle, plenty of parking, and everyone is genuinely nice. It’s hard to explain, but I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. No idiots road‑raging at you, the basic shops are close by, and the town still has all the amenities you need. I really like it, and people here are proud of their town, so show some respect and be extra friendly. This place is truly unique.
