About this property

This a beautiful unit located in a dazzling area of Sint Maarten. With a beautiful white sand beach (just 5 mins walk) and a very safe location nearby, this is your relaxing spot to be!

It is a 1 bedroom luxury unit with one bathroom with a shower and one bathroom without a shower. A living room and a kitchen. And, of course, a wonderful balcony for you to enjoy.

The unit itself is fully furnished and has all the appliances you need for your comfort. Only 15 mins drive to Philipsburg town center! The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

At our condo, there is serene privacy. It is not attached directly to any neighbors. It is a relaxing atmosphere with a magnificent view of St. Barths and Dawn Beach. Unlike other hotels, there is a quiet swimming pool for you to use.

There is also 24/7 security and warm & friendly staff at your service.

Additionally, it is a very clean unit and private so you can enjoy your stay in safe surroundings. The area is not crowded and quiet.

Just right!

Just what we needed to extend our stay for 2 more weeks. Property is quiet and friendly. The unit was comfortable and clean. Mosquitoes in the area were vicious, come with your best bug spray. Alex answered all our questions and checked in on us when there was a reported earthquake in the carribean. We would stay again!

Quiet and Relaxing

Beautiful quiet location. Unit is very spacious and owner was great at communicating. Check-in and checkout process was easy. Definitely will return.

As you may tell, I really like Saint Martin/ Sint Maarten. I know quite a bit about the island and about what to do there. The capital Philipsburg is not far for you to enjoy or if you would like some tranquility, hang around Dawn Beach.
