Amazing Property on the Hill!

I had an absolutely amazing time at this property. Super friendly property management. Took the extra mile and had wine upon arrival and got me some of the finest champagne for my bday! Easy check in and flexible check out. And of course the most spectacular view. A little peace of heaven on earth. Would definitely come back and rebook,

Amazing views in St Martin

We have stayed at several Caribbean islands and this property was the best we have visited. You are situated on a hillside overlooking a bay on the Dutch side of the island with gorgeous sunrises and spectacular views. Larry was our host and was incredibly responsive to all our questions. Irene was our incredible on-site manager. Between the two the gated property, which would rival any multi star resort, was a fantastic find. While not right on the beach, you are overlooking a beach you can access with a short five minute drive. The property itself feels new enough that we had the impression of walking into a new condo. Sliding glass doors give access to outside with views from both bedrooms and the middle living space and the outside covered balcony spans all rooms. Irene lives onsite and was a key reason why our visit went so smoothly. She was accessible, responsive and helpful in making our first time visit to St Martin a spectacular one.

No power or water

This property is beautiful and is as shown online. However, the entire island is dealing with constant power outages and this property in particular goes 10 hours + a day with no water or power. After the 2nd day of this we had to leave because it wasn’t feasible to stay. I contacted the host and he wasn’t responsive. I think it’s very alarming that he is renting his property knowing the electrical and water issues. There is no generator or any backup source for power. Irene his property manager is very nice but she could only do so much. Larry the host has ignored messages from both Vrbo and I. I would not book with this property or with his company properties because once he has your money, he doesn’t care what happens during your stay.
