About this property

Across from Camden On The Lake. This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is located at the 8MM, so you are close to countless new waterfront restaurants and other attractions by water and road. Tap & Grill, Lake Burger, Shady Gators, Coconuts, Horny Toads, Jolly Rogers and many others are a short boat ride away.

There is 95 ft of premium water frontage on a very quiet bay and a insane dock that your family will never want to leave. The oversized dock has a bar, slide, diving platform, paddle board, lily pad, and wonderful outdoor dining and seating areas and a very large well for your boat and additional boat tie ups on the side of the dock. The house has just been remodeled with quartz counters, custom kitchen and upscale appliances. Outdoors you will find a wonderful patio with and outdoor fireplace and built-in grill. Above the patio, there is a large deck for unbeatable views or dining. Bass Point Marina is a convenient10-15 minutes away to launch your boat, and/or your water toys, and there is plenty of overflow parking in subdivision island for trailers. Woods Grocery delivers to the house for a small fee, saving valuable lake time!

We have 3 master suites with their own private bathrooms, one bedroom with twinXL over twinXL bunk beds, and a bunk room that has 3 queen over queen bunk beds. This bunk room also has three oversized bean bags, a 70" TV and a separate heat pump/ac to tailor to the kids needs .

The house can sleep 20 in beds if you figure 2 people per queen bed and 1 per twin bed and we bring multiple large families every year with no issues. Please feel free to message us with any questions about the layout of the house.

Great spot!

Have rented this house two years in a row for an annual guys trip. Great house for large groups, dock is fantastic and outdoor fireplace is the deal! Will rent again next year.

1st family vacation

From the moment we walked in to the property we knew this was going to be a great time. The property was amazing, from the bedrooms to the kitchen oh and wait till you step on the dock. We had a hard time getting the kids to come in for supper. What an amazing place, everything was perfect!!
