Great location but....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location. Easy ski and ski out. Condo in good condition & well stocked...but smelled bad. Couldn’t stream movies/football games on tv (constantly freezing) so my family huddled around iPad to watch football playoffs. Had to replace key cards a couple times which was frustrating. Front desk acknowledged it was a reoccurring prob. Complex wise... great access to little store, ski rentals, town. Hot tubs were too cold (more like bath water & we had to get out) & a bit of a trek from condo. I would stay at beaver run again, but with low expectations.

Comfortable ski condo

The condo was across the street from the main lodge at the base of the Beaver Run lift. It was clean and very comfortable. The beds were great, the kitchen was well appointed, and checkin/checkout was very easy. I appreciated the timing of communications/instructions as our stay approached and as it was coming to an end. I would definitely stay there again.

The place is excellent for location. It’s really great to have the kids with the pools and hot tubs and the location and the arcade. Overall, it was really nice! My only complaint is that the listing is very confusing when it comes to parking. You will have to pay at least an extra $42 a night for one parking spot. It IS NOT INCLUDED in the fees for the condo. I felt it was a little misleading. However, the management company was very nice and did end up paying for the parking spot.
