**PREMIER LOCATION**
This ski-in/ski-out condo is conveniently located less than 400 feet from the Quick Silver Super Chair lift at the base of Peak 9. Enjoy direct access to hiking and mountain biking trails right from your doorstep. Maggie Pond, perfect for fishing and water activities, is adjacent to the Village at Breckenridge. In winter and spring, there are on-site ski and board schools, as well as equipment rental shops at the Village. Plus, it’s just a short one-block stroll to the charming historic downtown Breckenridge, where you'll find a variety of restaurants, shops, and activities to enjoy.
**SPACIOUS UNIT WITH COMFORTABLE SLEEPING (3 QUEEN BEDS/1 SOFA SLEEPER)**
Recently renovated, this unit features an updated look with new flooring and a fresh ceiling/walls. The removal of the popcorn ceiling, orange peel wall texture, and carpet has made the space cleaner and more comfortable. This beautifully decorated 940-square-foot condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed and a sofa-sleeper in the studio room and two queen beds in the guest bedroom. Be sure to check out the pictures for a floor plan view!
**WELL-APPOINTED FULL KITCHEN**
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size dishwasher, oven/range, and refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, supplying you with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals and enjoy dining in.
**DINING AREA**
Gather around the dining table that seats six, positioned nicely next to a cozy gas fireplace. There’s also a granite breakfast bar with bar stools for casual meals.
**OUTDOOR BALCONY**
The spacious balcony is perfect for outdoor gatherings, featuring a table and chairs and accessible via sliding glass doors from both rooms.
**FREE GUEST AMENITIES**
The Village at Breckenridge offers a range of fantastic amenities for guests. Enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, dry sauna, steam room, fitness center, shower/locker rooms, game room (with video games and billiards), theater room, ultimate gamers room, and even mini golf—all at no extra charge! Note that the theater and gamers' room operate on a first-come basis, with reservations required.
**FREE WIRELESS INTERNET**
Stay connected with complimentary wireless internet available in the condo. The network name and password will be provided upon booking, and there’s a modem in the unit if you prefer a wired connection.
**COMMUNITY WASHER & DRYER**
Every building at the Village at Breckenridge resort features a community washer and dryer on each floor. These machines are easily accessible for guest use through a convenient app, allowing for simple credit card payments.
**COMMUNITY OUTDOOR GRILL**
For BBQ visitors, a community outdoor grill is available in the central plaza area of the Village at Breckenridge resort.
**OUTDOOR FIRE PIT**
Enjoy cozy evenings by the outdoor fire pit, located in the central plaza area of the Village at Breckenridge.
**TRASH ROOM**
Each building is equipped with a trash room on every floor, complete with a trash chute for easy disposal throughout your stay.
**THE NATIONAL FOREST**
Step right outside to find the national forest, which offers an array of trails for hikes to nearby beaver ponds, streams, and mountain ski slopes.
**YEAR-ROUND ADVENTURE**
Visit Breckenridge for a wide range of activities, including skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, whitewater rafting, sledding, dog sledding, sightseeing, and so much more!
**TRANSPORTATION/PARKING**
I recommend using the shuttle service to avoid parking fees while exploring Breckenridge, especially for guests traveling by air. There are multiple shuttle options to and from the Denver International Airport, plus the Free Ride shuttle service is available throughout Breckenridge and parts of Summit County. If you require parking, here are your options:
- **Option 1:** The Village at Breckenridge offers a heated garage for guests on a first-come, first-served basis, with parking costs varying by season. From May 1 to May 31, it’s $6/night; from June 1 to October 31, it’s $16/night; and for the 2025/2026 Ski Season, it ranges from $41 to $51/night.
- **Option 2:** I have another unit located approximately 150 yards to the east. If parking is available there during your stay, you can park for free.
- **Option 3:** Additional parking is available near the ice rink and Airport Road, both are serviced by the Breck Free Ride shuttle service for easy access to your vehicle.

**SUMMER/FALL 2025 HOA REMODEL**
Why are the nightly rates lower than most? The Village at Breckenridge will be redoing siding and replacing windows in the Peak 9 Inn Building. This unit is NOT located in the Peak 9 Inn Building, NOR does it face towards the Peak 9 Inn Building. However, the construction is visible when entering the Village at Breckenridge and from the fitness center. The fitness center is expected to remain open with the exception from 10/27/25 to Friday, 10/31/25, when it will be closed.
