A fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals: oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, stovetop, everything you need for breakfast, and a fridge-freezer.

A bright living room with a TV area and sofa, and a dining area with a table and four chairs.
This living space opens onto a beautiful and spacious south-facing terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun, sharing a meal, or relaxing with your favorite book on a sun lounger.

For sleeping, there are two lovely bedrooms with closets: one with a double bed (140x200 cm) and the other with two single beds (90x200 cm). Both have access to the terrace.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

The apartment has fiber optic internet.
END-OF-STAY CLEANING
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking. However, this corresponds to a standard cleaning. If the accommodation is returned in a condition requiring more thorough cleaning, a €60 cleaning fee will be applied.

An underground parking space is available during your stay.

ARRIVAL
You will be greeted in person on your arrival day whenever possible.
If our arrival times are not compatible, a key box is available; information will be sent on the morning of your arrival.
