Studio apartment with a mezzanine located in a barn renovated in 2021, adjoining a gîte and an outbuilding, near the owners' accommodation. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a double bed (140cm), a kitchen, and a shower room/WC. Upstairs (open staircase), there is a mezzanine with a sloping ceiling (1.90m at its highest point) and a double bed (140cm). Wi-Fi is available. Outside, you can enjoy a private courtyard (garden furniture, deckchairs, griddle). A green space with football goals, shared with the owners and the other gîte, is also at your disposal. Access to the owners' heated, covered swimming pool (4x8m) is available from May 1st to September 15th and is shared by both gîtes. Private parking is provided.
