Lovely 3bed/2bath house in a quiet neighborhood complete with a two-car garage and backyard space. A WFH setup is also included complete with dual 24” 1080p monitors, USB-C docking station, keyboard and mouse. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed, with an additional twin rollaway in the master, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. All kitchenware and ingredients in the spice cabinet are available for use to prepare meals as you like. The area is also conveniently located near I-10 and is walking distance to Safeway, Walgreen's, Anytime Fitness & several restaurants. Downtown is a short 10 min drive away.

Sonoran Sanctuary is wonderful!

Family weekend

We had a great family weekend. The house was perfect and so clean with everything we needed! We will stay here again when visiting our daughter at U of A.

Why they chose this property

Need a nice spacious place to relax and or remote-work for a few days? To ease concerns during this time, this house is thoroughly disinfected and cleaned between each stay. Each TV is equipped with complimentary Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. High-speed internet is also included. One closet includes an ironing board, iron, and spare sheets for the sofa bed. There is a rollaway twin bed in a closet with sheets too. Space heaters can also be found underneath the beds.

Included in the kitchen are a stove, oven, microwave, egg boiler, waffle maker, rice cooker, coffee maker (w/ filters, sugar, cream, & ground coffee), and tea. All cookware and spices are available for use for preparing meals as desired.

The bathrooms will include a hand towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. There will also be some cleaning products under the sink.

The washer and dryer are also available for reasonable use as needed.

Temperature on thermostat can be adjusted from 72 to 85 degrees as desired.

What makes this property unique

This safe and quiet neighborhood is near the I-10 freeway and within walking distance to Safeway, Starbucks, Walgreens, Anytime Fitness Gym, Subway, Wells Fargo, and many other business establishments. It's also a short stroll to a couple of public SunTran bus stops along Silverbell and Grant.
