About this property

Country home - amazing wide north facing horse stud and country views

Peaceful rural outlook only minutes to central Cambridge.
Enjoy sliding doors from dining room to wide decks which flow to the garden. There is a large gas BBQ just outside the kitchen/dinning area.
Very well appointed family home for easy living, spacious lounge (large TV-Sky/Netflix).
F&P double dishwasher and coffee machine.
3 spacious double bedrooms and 1 x single, plus two bathrooms, one on-suite and one shower over bath.
It has a large lounge, two triple seater couches with TV and fireplace and two double opening door to decks. The second living room has a sunny outlook, double leather couches ideal for reading and games.

What I love most about this home is that you can hardly see any other homes from it, it is very private and sunny with established tress which give a lot of shelter Very private, away from main roads, north facing, parking for 3+ cars onsite.

This is not an executive style home, it is a relaxed and comfortable country home with three resident cats fed by one independent tenant in self contained private access apartment on back of garage

We have an abundant vegetable garden and chickens which are looked after
We have a wide range of fruit trees - quince, avocado, apples, grapefruit, fig, feijoas and persimmons
