Sunny apartment - large deck, 2 brms + separate study
Enjoy this apartment sanctuary on the city fringe. Perfect for a short stay or weekend getaway.
Newly renovated and fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen (including a slow cooker and pasta maker!)
Both bedrooms have good beds and built in wardrobe.
Study (or second lounge) has a couch, desk and TV.
The large deck is edged by native trees (frequently busy with native birds) and looks out toward the park on Aro Valley and toward the city.
The house is light and warm and is fully insulated with double doors opening to the sunny deck.
Easy walking to the city.
