Notes on additional costs and fees:
The prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays an extra fee per night.
Costs for electricity (EUR 0.30 per kWh), gas (EUR 0.98 per cubic meter) and water (EUR 6.50 per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax applies.
Bed linen and towels can be ordered for a fee.
€ 150, - rental deposit must be paid in advance and will be offset against the additional costs.
A deposit of € 200 is payable in New Year's Eve.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with stylish furnishings. A fireplace creates a romantic atmosphere in which you can relax in pairs.
With an extensive selection of games, CD's and DVD's you have the opportunity to organize a social evening with family and new acquaintances. Thanks to new-fashioned electronics such as a Nintendo Wii, a Blu-ray player and a 3D LED TV with four glasses, we guarantee you great pleasure for young and old.

In the high-quality equipped kitchen you can demonstrate your cooking skills with the whole family and create a magical meal. You can then serve this in the friendly dining area.

Furthermore, on this level there is one of the two paradisiacal bathrooms, which promise you absolute wellbeing pleasure.
One has a modern shower and a soothing infrared sauna. In contrast to conventional saunas, heating in infrared cabins takes place via infrared radiation, which corresponds to the way the sun works. This relieves muscle tension and stimulates the blood circulation and purification of the body from toxins. After that, you will be completely at ease.

The second bathroom is on the upper floor. It is equipped with a soothing whirlpool tub with relaxation light, in which you can spend cozy hours with harmonious candlelight and sparkling champagne.

Two attractive bedrooms create an idyllic atmosphere as soon as you sink quietly into the realm of dreams. One offers you a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe.
The other bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an LED TV. Both are furnished in a very modern way and bear witness to a bright and cozy atmosphere. There is space for two more people on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

To review the successful day and end it in a pleasant way, you can make yourself comfortable on the wooden terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a delicious glass of wine.
