Noisy from other flat through 4 nights

Nice flat,but on site managers totally ineffective in ensuring teenagers in adjacent flat stopped playing loud music before 3 am on 4 nights. Chaotic booking process with Ski Planet not being more than an intermediate rental agent but doing nothing
