Mudgee holiday rentals

Our family of five stayed for two nights at this property as we were attending our son’s State Championships for Rugby Union held in Mudgee for the weekend. The property was stunning. The welcome we received along with the free taste testing sitting by the fire pit, the decor and finishing touches of the property, the details such as marshmallows given to the kids to toast by the fire were without fault and greatly appreciated. Would absolutely love to stay at the property again and have more time to enjoy the property and surroundings. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Beautifully presented property. Owners are meticulous in their attention to detail and care of the house. All bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable, and all the beds have electric blankets, which was great as the weather was chilly. Kitchen set up with everything any cook would need. We loved the fact that we could all eat together around the large dining table.Extensive outdoor areas meant the kids could head down to the creek to explore, play cricket and badminton. Sitting around the fire pit after dinner was pretty special too. The city kids were excited to see kangaroos and we were all excited to encounter wombats on our walks and drives. Plenty of board games and jigsaw puzzles to while away the evenings too. This property has something to offer everyone. Annie kept us well informed about the house. Excellent communication. Very cute & well priced studio in Mudgee, a stone’s throw to great pubs, shops, restaurants & the river. Would love to come back, do another trip & stay here again. Check in/out process smooth & host was communicative.

We loved our stay at Riddell Cottage. You really couldn’t be much closer to the centre of town.The property was cosy, had everything we needed and had very comfortable beds. Great for couples, 2 x couples or a small family.Highly recommended

Well presented could not fault the cottage and amenities at all and the location was great Thank you for your nice touch of a bottle of local red wine

This was our 3rd time here. Its because we absolutely love it. The retro style, the seclusion, waking up to only the sound of birds, views of only bush, What more could you ask for.

This amazing relocation of an old church is both stunning and comfortable a stay I won't forget for all the right reasons.
