This Tampa Florida property was surprisingly comfortable in style, appearance, and most importantly, location! Many amenities in the kitchen allowed food preparation easy and convenient for cooking healthy meals. The rooms were inviting and super clean. Also, the decor was a plus throughout and added a great visual when relaxing from travel or planned business related conferences. Even our visitors complimented our choice, noting it was reasonably priced and an adorable Cottage find. The Host was readily available at all times to assist us in our requests; his response was quick, courteous, and professional. God willing, we will return when Tampa is the destination.Thank you Mr. Brainard

The overall place to stay was great. Very clean it up camp. The only major issues were the beds comfortness and pillows. The roosters in the house next door crowing at 4:00 a.m. was not enjoyable either. The property itself was really good though. Great location and all that

Kitchen was equipped for cooking, could use maybe one more pan. Other than that this is the perfect stay for downtown Tampa; was able to get to all locations within 10 minutes and it was quiet and nice neighborhood.
