About the host
Hosted by Nathaniel Buckley

Hi, I'm Nathaniel.
I’m originally from Brooklyn, but I grew up spending weekends with my family in the Berkshires and Hudson Valley. Those memories—quiet mornings in nature, big family dinners, games on the lawn, long drives through back roads—left a mark on me. This region has always felt like home. And for as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamed of one day creating a space here to share that feeling with others.
Turning our home into a vacation rental, wellness retreat, and event space wasn’t something we rushed into. It came from a deep love for hospitality, nature, and thoughtful design.
What started as a personal escape grew into something so much more—a place for people to truly reset, connect, and celebrate. Every detail has been chosen with care: the sun-drenched chef’s kitchen, the saltwater hot tub beneath the stars, the private tennis court, and the quiet forest paths. Our goal was simple: to make it feel effortless, calming, and unforgettable.
The most special moments in our lives happen when we’re together. That’s the heart of this place. Whether it’s a wellness retreat, a family getaway, a micro-wedding, or just a weekend with friends, we’ve created an environment where guests can feel truly present and taken care of.
We’re here to offer more than just a place to stay—we want to help create moments that matter. With optional private chef dinners, in-home massage, yoga, sound healing, and tennis lessons, we hope to bring something truly unique to your stay.
We’re a small, family-run business, and it means everything to us that you’re considering spending your time here. Our aim is simple: to make your stay as meaningful and memorable as possible. From the comfort of the rooms to the peacefulness of the land, everything we do is rooted in care and intention.
Thank you for being a part of our story. It’s a true privilege to welcome others into this space—one that’s meant to restore, inspire, and bring people closer together.

Why they chose this property
There’s something truly magical about the Berkshires and Hudson Valley—a feeling you get as the air shifts, the trees stretch wide, and time seems to slow down. Growing up, I spent countless weekends here with my family, escaping the city to breathe a little deeper, eat a little slower, and simply be together. Those moments never left me.
When it came time to choose a location for a retreat and vacation home, there was no question. This was it.
The Neighborhood Vibe
The estate is tucked between the best of both worlds—the rolling hills of the Berkshires and the vibrant charm of the Hudson Valley. Whether it’s hiking a quiet trail, discovering a hidden antique shop, catching live music at a local barn, or visiting a small-town farmers market, there’s always something grounded and soulful to discover.
This is a place where artists, yogis, chefs, and seekers of peace have long found inspiration. The energy is welcoming, creative, and deeply rooted in community.
The Land
Our home sits on 15 acres of pristine, private land—surrounded by woods, meadows, and open sky. Every inch invites you to slow down. Mornings are best with coffee in hand by the kitchen window or poolside as the sun breaks through the trees. Afternoons are for tennis matches, forest walks, or lounging by the saltwater pool. Evenings? That’s when the stars come out—and the fire pit becomes the heart of everything.
The land is quiet, restorative, and deeply alive. It’s easy to forget the rest of the world when you're here.
What We Love Most
What we love most is what we see in our guests: connection. Whether it's a family gathering, a yoga retreat, or friends just catching up around a long table—we built this place to bring people together.
And this neighborhood, this land, gives us the perfect backdrop to do just that.
