At the crossroads of rue Sainte Anne and the departmental road 8051, house adjoining that of the owners on land of 370 m² (deckchairs) with direct and breathtaking views of the medieval village, the church and the feudal castle of Hierges, a of the most beautiful typical villages of the Ardennes. Ground floor: kitchen (combined oven / microwave, fridge / freezer), living room (TV), dining room, shower room, wc. Baby high chair. 1st floor: 1 bedroom. (1 double bed, 1 single bed, fan). 2nd floor: 1 bedroom. (2 twin beds 80 x 200 cm, 1 single bed, travel cot, crib for 2 to 4 years old, air conditioning). Cleaning option 55 euros. 1 single animal accepted (category 1 & 2 dogs refused). Fitness trail, French and Belgian track cycling within a radius of 25 km. Treat yourself to an authentic getaway in the heart of the Ardennes, in this ideally located cottage at the crossroads of Rue Sainte-Anne and the D8051, facing a truly unique setting: the medieval village of Hierges, its church, and its majestic feudal castle are visible directly from the house. Adjoining the owners' house and situated on a 370 m² plot, the property invites relaxation with its sun loungers and electric griddle, perfect for enjoying beautiful days outdoors while admiring a remarkable panorama. A functional and comfortable interior on three levels: On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (combination microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer), a living room with television, a welcoming dining area, as well as a shower room and separate toilet. A high chair is also available for families. On the first floor, a bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a fan for the summer months.
