Beatiful Desert resort Next to the world famous Waldorf Astoria Resort,
At the base of the Santa Rosa mountains, Legacy Villas is a private gated community in La quinta CA.
This 2,100sf Townhouse has 3 master suites with 10' ceilings, tucked away off the street with lots of privacy, and with wonderful views of the mountains.
Only a short walk to the world famous Waldorf Astoria Resort for Breakfast or evening dinner.

There 3 master suites bedrooms, comprised of 2 king beds and 2 full size beds.
Bathrooms all have bathtub, showers, his and hers sinks and a separate closed off toilet.
Each bedroom has it's own T.V.
Niceley appiontedd furniture and finishings to enjoy your stay.
The townhome has an open floor plan, an up dated kitchen with a full selection of appliances, Nespresso coffee machine and anything else you may need.
Kitchen opens up on to the dinning room table and chairs for 6 people.
A 10' x 10' custom made couch with large rustic coffee table make it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a movie/book, fireplace.
There are 2 patio's, a private one off the living room with a patio table and 5 chairs, lounge chair, ottoman and chaise, a small electric bbq with beautiful views of the Santa Rosa mountains.
The other patio is at the front entrance of the unit, next to the court yard fountain, so sit back, relax and enjoy.
There are 2 fireplaces, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.
There is a swimming pool/spa a short 30 seconds walk from the townhouse,
Close enough for convenience but far away for peace and quiet.
There are also 2 large kids pools a short walk away.
There are a total of 12 pools with spas, including 2 lap pools.
There's a large full gym, hammocks, outdoor fireplaces, indoor fireplace at the club house all for your use.
The location is very convenient to the Indian wells tennis center, Coachella events, polo fields, hiking/biking trails, shopping, restaurants, many world class golf courses.
The townhouse has wifi, AC/heating, books, movies. 2 gas fireplaces, laundry room. washer & dryer.
Street Parking only.

Check out is 11am. A $100 fee will apply to renters checking out after11am. unless approved. A daily rate of $750 will apply after 2 hours, per day.

Serenity

I stayed in this beautiful villa for a few weeks during the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament. The condo itself was tidy and well appointed. It is tucked away near the back of the community against the mountain which made for peaceful and private time on the patio. The layout was ideal with bedrooms spaced apart for quiet. The community itself is gorgeous, serene and conveniently located near the LaQuinta resort where you can walk for dining and shopping. I had a few questions for the owner and he was extremely responsive. I highly recommend this unit and community.

Attention to detail

Property was excellent. Communication could have been quicker. Communication was quick when we encountered issues. Oven caught fire due to lack of cleaning. Lacked appropriate amount of towels/washcloths. Smoke detector needed batteries which weren’t available. Overall the place is nice but could use some attention to detail based on the cost. Also would be nice if there was a “how to” or instruction manual for home features. At the end owner did make it right and would stay there again.

Rude and disrespectful owner.

In short the property owner is a sarcastic jerk. He claims that there was a bike missing from his property and 4 missing towels. We have stayed in the best properties in the world and never once heard a complaint of anything missing. Anyone that complains about a missing towel that cost him $15 says a lot about them after paying them 40% more than any other home in that community. I am always happy to honor and take care of anything that was caused by our stay but I don’t respond well to rude jerks. I would stay far away from this property unless you want someone harassing you over a missing towel….or better yet calling the police on you because a bike is allegedly missing.

Beautiful home near festival grounds

My crew was staying in the desert this year as we worked Stagecoach Music Festival and I have only great reviews to give. This home was beautiful, well maintained and close to the event so we had a very easy time getting to the event. Richard was very thorough in his directions and we would definitely recommend this place.

Spacious Comfy Townhome

The place was perfect for a small group of friends. The pool was perfect and nearby and the gated community made it feel safe and tucked away. The views of the mountains right outside the balcony was the best part.
