Welcome to the Tahiti Suite — a spacious, open-concept villa in the heart of La Quinta’s luxurious Legacy Villas. Thoughtfully designed with upscale finishes, this home-away-from-home features granite countertops, upgraded furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The inviting living room offers a cozy fireplace, ceiling fan, and large 74 inch TV. French doors open to your private covered patio with pool views, complete with outdoor dining and an electric grill—perfect for alfresco meals.

A perfect getaway!

The villa was a perfect fit for our family of 6 adults- well stocked kitchen for preparing meals, laundry facilities, so close to the pool, and a lap pool just a short distance away. We will definitely be back!

Condo is exactly like the pictures. Well appointed kitchen, plenty of towels, clean, comfortable beds and sofa, TV worked perfectly, WiFi was ple throughout the condo. There is also plenty of dining space with a main table that seats 6, a counter bar that seats 4 and 2 tables on the patio that seat 6. The host, Kelly, was very accessible whenever I had a questions. Close to smaller pool, and 2 min walk from clubhouse and mainpool (but away from all the noise!) Would love to return again and highly recommend.

Clean, wonderful unit has everything you need

This was one of the best rental stays we've had. The unit was exactly as described. The beds were super comfortable and the layout is great for privacy. The kitchen was very well-stocked with everything you need and then some, including quality pans and sharp knives. We loved having just a short walk to the big pool where the kids play, plus immediate access right out the door to the smaller pool and hot tub for the days when the weather was cool (but the pool was still warm). Grocery and other stores are just a short drive away. Lastly, communication was always prompt and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great Condo for Groups

My husband and I, as well as some friends, recently stayed at Kelly's condo. We had a fabulous time and everything was conveniently provided. This is the best stocked place we have rented and we have rented many places over the years. We had a minor issue with a shower backing up, but Kelly got right on it and it was fixed the same day. The condo is in a great location - a 10-12 minute walk to La Quinta Resort where we ate dinner two nights in a row. We did not have time to enjoy the community facilities like the pool and exercise gym, but they looked very nice and well maintained. I would highly recommend renting this condo for either a couple or a larger group. Kelly is a fantastic communicator and the condo met and exceeded our expectations.

Perfect Vacation

My husband and I brought my mother for her first trip to Palm Springs/La Quinta. This Legacy Villa was the perfect home-away-from-home! Comfortable living room, great bedrooms suites, well-stocked kitchen! We also enjoyed the patio and the views of the beautiful landscaping. And the pool couldn't have been more convenience. The grounds are huge and we enjoyed walking the many different paths and also walked to the Waldorf resort next door for shopping and lunch. We truly felt the location of this Villa was one of the best on the property! It was a wonderful vacation!

We’re passionate about creating comfortable, thoughtfully curated spaces where guests can truly relax and feel at home.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a deep love — some might say obsession — for all things real estate. I genuinely enjoy the entire process: from the hunt for the perfect home, to the art of negotiation, to the creative challenge of staging a property for market.

Raised in Boise, I’m a writer and licensed realtor who finds joy in both storytelling and spaces. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, gardening, paddleboarding and skiing. A glass of Prosecco, a beautiful view, and a great book are never far away.

David is a retired golf pro originally from Mill Valley, California. A lifelong outdoorsman, he’s passionate about fly fishing, bow hunting and downhill skiing — and he never turns down a great glass of wine, a handcrafted cocktail, or a fine cigar.

Always up for a new adventure, David loves to travel and has a natural gift for making friends wherever he goes. He has a sharp eye for design — both interiors and fashion — and an eclectic taste in music that spans nearly every genre. Whether he's on the golf course, exploring the outdoors, or discovering a new destination, David brings warmth, curiosity, and a great sense of style to everything he does.

We raised our two children in Bozeman, Montana and now live full-time in La Quinta. During the summer, we escape the desert heat and head north to Payette Lake in Idaho and the Missouri River in Montana — two of our favorite places.

Over the years, we’ve been lucky to explore some truly unforgettable destinations — from the charm of London and Paris to the warmth and color of Italy, Spain, Tahiti and Mexico. Each place influences the way we curate our spaces with a thoughtful blend of comfort, style and global inspiration.
