On the ground floor (accessible by steps), you will find a living/dining/kitchen area with a fireplace and a double sofa bed (140cm). A half-level up, there is a storage/laundry area (with a washing machine). The upper floor has two bedrooms (one with a double bed (140cm) and one with a queen-size bed (160cm)), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Exposed wooden beams, a reminder of the original building, run through the hallway and bedrooms at mid-height. A private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue) is available, as well as access to a shared garden. You will have a private parking space in front of the house, and there is a public car park 200m away.

Three cottages on the property: H85G019982, H85G019983, H85G019984. Access to the Le Coteau gîte (H85G019983) is possible via a connecting door. The first fire is provided free of charge.

From Mortagne-sur-Sèvre, follow the direction of Saint Laurent sur Sèvre. In view of the water tower, there is a great descent, arriving at the bottom, take the path on the right towards Le Domaine. Follow this path to a car park before the dead end. Then walk to the second house on the right.
