Very spacious home with two bedrooms (King and Queen), A/C, smart lights, electric curtains, high speed internet Wi-Fi, 2 Pools (Swimming and Infinity pool), kids room, movie room, billiard, bar, lounge area, roof garden and everything you need for a day or many months stay. The tower has a shopping area, top-notch restaurants, jewelry shops and it is walking distance from Landmark, Andares and Acueducto malls and The Colomos forest. We sanitize and thoroughly clean the entire condo.

Lobby33 residential tower has three floors with different amenities for you to enjoy.
9th floor: Infinity tool, Jacuzzi, Bonfire, Game room with a pool table, kids room, movie room, gym.
10th floor: Reception and business center.
27th floor: Roof garden and swimming pool.

Due to the COVID-19 sanitary contingency there is restricted access to the pools and gym. They can only be used for a maximum of 2 hours with previous reservation from Monday through Saturday.

Very comfortable and central location

This condo is very nice and lighting is perfect! Maria was responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out of a bedroom. The only downside was the neighbors that smoke a ton. If the balcony or living area window was open all the smoke enters the unit.
