Très bel appartement, idéalement situé au centre ville à proximité de toutes les commodités. L'accueil a été parfait et conforme aux dispositions prises avant l'arrivée. Petit bémol, le prix élevé pour le nettoyage final tenant compte de la superficie de l'endroit. Une télévision plus grande ameliorerait le confort visuel des occupants. Très beau séjour dans l'ensemble. PS:le parking privé est un grand plus

Apparemment très bien situé lumineux et état impeccable ! Situé près d’une boulangerie, bar, poissonnerie et du bourg. Plage à environ 15 minutes à pieds. Je recommande fortement.

Schöne Ferien in Perros-Guirec

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Ferienwoche in Perros-Guirec an der Cote de Granit Rose. Das sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Appartement ist wunderbar zentral gelegen, direkt im idyllischen Dorfkern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Beide Strände sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen ( Merci Nathalie) und der Gastgeber hat uns mit vielen Tips und Informationen rund um unseren Aufenthalt versorgt. Merci Stephane !

Très belle location dans le centre de Perros Guirec

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement qui a l'avantage d'être tout neuf (jolie déco, pièce à vivre lumineuse), bien situé dans le centre ville de Perros Guirec (poissonnerie tip top à 50 m, commerces en tout genre !), et bien équipé. L'accueil de Nathalie et les conseils de visites des hôtes sont un vrai plus. Je conseille vivement pour découvrir la côte de Granit Rose et ses environs. Merci !

Appartement cosy très bien situé

Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans l'appartement de Stéphane, lequel nous a très bien conseillés dans les lieux à visiter. L'appartement est chaleureux, très bien situé, commerces à pied, stationnement dans une cour privée... je recommande sans hésiter !
