It celebrates nature with tall arched wood ceilings accentuating the magnificent lake and mountain views, several stacked-stone fireplaces, and walls of windows that showcase this setting on one of the region's most beautiful pristine mountain lakes. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private heated (82 degrees) pool (additional fees to heat Nov.-March) or soak in the large custom-built spa after a busy day hiking or playing. Designed for year-round entertainment, this home offers an in-ground trampoline, game room with billiards, and a Multicade game terminal, two theaters and more.

The expansive lakeside covered porches offer tremendous opportunities for guests to gather while comfortably immersed in the beautiful outdoors. You can enjoy and celebrate breath-taking, colorful sunsets with your friends and/or family here.

With about 9,000 square feet, 10 bedrooms and 9.5 baths, this home can accommodate 30 guests. On the main level, the luxurious master bedroom features a spa bath with a luxury tub and a fireplace. Additionally, there are three bedrooms (three kings) and two additional baths.

Upstairs, there's a large private bunk room and bath for the kids with an adjacent play area and a movie theater just for the kids. The terrace level offers a full kitchen and bar area convenient to the lake, a spacious game room with pool table, large 130-gallon, salt-water aquarium, arcade games and large TV's, a theater and a furnished workout room with two Peloton Bikes, Universal Weight machine, yoga mats and more. Additionally, the terrace level offers 2 king rooms with private baths, a room w 2 queens and private bath, and two more kings that share a bath. An additional full bath and half bath are also conveniently located on terrace level.

The home has high-end custom finishes throughout, commercial-grade kitchen appliances, and a convenient private dock with upper-level sundeck on one of the loveliest parts of Lake Blue Ridge.

It's amazing that 30 ppl can be in a home and not feel crowded! This home is perfect for family get togethers or couple's retreats; there is something for everyone. The view is immaculate and peaceful while the hot tub provides next level relaxation! The host was also super responsive to any and all requests. We were not able to swim in the pool until halfway thru our stay because they treated the pool to remove phosphate and it caused the pool to have phosphate silt all over it. The pool spa heater was not working right until the third day of our stay. The pin ball machine was broken and had to be repaired. The home theater system was not working right and my sons had to do a work around to make it work. The light over the range top was not working and many of the pots and pans were burned and disgusting. The access to the house is not good at all. The house has amazing potential but fell way short on maintenance. The pool was a big issue. We feel we should receive some compensation back fir the large number of issues.

Great house on Lake Blue Ridge!

Home is amazing with wonderful amenities. The lake is a bit low this time of year (late October) but the autumn leaves on the drive up and around the lake were beautiful!

Our family loved our time at this property. The kids lived in the pool and down at the dock and loved the movie room and the games. The adults loved all the spaces to relax and watch the lake and the sunset. So much to do at the house. When we did want to go off property - lots of options for things to do in about a 30 minute drive. Thank you!

Amazing property! Family of 20 for a week. Everyone loved the place! We had a couple of maintenance issues, but Lorrie (the property manager) and Alex (the maintenance tech) were extremely responsive to resolve all issues promptly. We will definitely stay here again!

This was hands down the nicest place I've ever stayed in that was available on VRBO. It's not cheap, but with a large group it's totally doable. The property manager (Lorrie) was quick to respond to a few questions we had, so know you will be in good hands if you decide to stay here. Super quiet neighborhood, and the pool, hot tub and lake were amazing. Good chance we will be back again next year.

Lake front paradise

This house is perfect for large groups. It had all of the conveniences you could imagine. The rooms are distributed really well. A lot of thought has gone in to the amenities. It has everything you need and want. My only hope is that they add a pontoon boat to the amenities. That would really make an amazing lake front experience. The decor is superb and well thought out. We are looking forward to returning.

Beautiful house that has it all!

25 people stayed here with ages ranging from 2-70. We never got in each others way. Plenty of things to do for every age group. Lorrie and Alex went above and beyond take care of our every need. The theater room had a popcorn machine that we all raved over. They even set us up with candies and popcorn to start us off! We are looking forward to returning in the future.

PROS: Absolutely gorgeous property and home Decor is impeccable Kitchens are stocked with ALL your needs Beds/Linens/Towels are comfortable Location was fantastic - the best lake we have ever stayed on CONS: We had a broken HVAC (a/c unit) for the 9,000 sq foot home (SUMMER IN GEORGIA!) Massive bee hive Kids Bunkroom unusable due to crazy high temps No outdoor dining Had servicemen at the home DAILY for upwards of 7 hours one day We were the first people to stay in the home after a massive renovation - the home was clearly not ready to house 20 guests.

Septic system back up

We enjoyed our stay. The property could have used a better clean but it was still nice. We did have a septic issue. We checked in late Thursday and early Friday one of the toilets backed up. After plunging it went down and seemed to be operational. There continued to be some intermittent back up so the occupants of that room used other facilities in the home. The next day all the toilets and showers overflowed. I called the manager and she responded promptly. She made the statement that people shouldn’t flush their underwear down the toilet. I explained that we did not flush anything down except for tissue and waste. The plumber came out and repaired the issue. We were without water and restrooms for a few hours. After this the rest of our stay was without incident.

Great Family Reunion

This house was perfect for our family of 26, ages 4-70. Everyone had their own space, there was plenty to keep us entertained for a week, the pool & arcades were fun, and the lake was just dreamy. We loved having direct access to a dock and that it was two levels. Kids played for hours splashing around, kayaking, jumping in etc at the lake and then just moved to the pool for more play. Only negative (if you can call it that) was that the house wasn't quite as new as we had expected. It has seen some use since the pictures were taken, but it is still a very nice place. Everything was comfortable, manager was super responsive, and the surrounding scenery was just beautiful. Overall a wonderful week spent with family. NOTE: The kids bunk room is located above the garage, which we knew, but didn't realize that it is it's own separate area. You have to go through the garage and up a flight of stairs to reach it (so two "outside doors"). We had planned on younger kids being up there and due to the distance from parents we ended up pivoting and put teenagers up there instead. Turned out for the better because they had their own space and could be louder later than they otherwise could have been. I only mention to help others plan accordingly.

Great Cabin for large groups

We had a large group of 6 families stay here for our short and sweet wedding weekend. There were quite a few setbacks that weren't ideal: Master Steam Shower wasn't working (and wasn't able to be fixed), an upstairs bathroom leaked into the ceiling of the movie theater, heater for the pool didn't work, hot tub breaker kept tripping and wouldn't stay warm, the stove burners were acting up and popping (gas stove), half the downstairs bathrooms didn't have hot water... But Lorrie sent maintenance out to work on these issues right away. I'd say overall, the stay was nice. The house was clean, the beds were comfy, and overall everyone had a good time. We did have to pivot in some areas due to the issues with the electrical in the house, but it didn't completely ruin our trip. Lorrie refunded us for the pool not being able to be heated immediately after she found out that it wasn't able to be fixed. I would have maybe expected a discount on the overall price due to the other issues we experienced which I'd assume aren't typical given the price and "luxury" category the house is in. However, we wouldn't be opposed to coming back in the summer months so we could actually use the pool and the dock.

Lakefront luxury for large groups

We just completed a one week stay with four families at this special home. We stayed at a Kristy Collection home last year and were familiar with her eclectic style, but this home is even better. So many fun surprises and thoughtful touches. First off, there is more than enough room for everyone to have their private space. All rooms are king beds except one that has 2 queens and the bunk room that has multiple bunks, twins and queens. Our teen boys took the bunk room and they loved havjng their private retreat. Very quiet and away from everyone. Plus it has its own bonus lounge. I was fortunate enough to sleep in owners suite and it was magnificent with views of the lake and fireplace. We didn’t think we needed a pool but Kristy put a new one in and boy did we use it! Especially the huge spa. If someone wasn’t in the lake, then they were either lounging in the awesome pool floating chairs or chilling in the spa. We all spent every night in game room with pinball, billiards, video console and the most comfortable sectional I’ve ever sat on. But the movie theatre is the most fun with old fashioned popcorn machine and candy bar. Bring your favorite dvds (even though the house has some) and you’ll never need to leave. Which we really didn’t. We carefully planned grocery trips every three days since the home is located down a very winding dirt road and approx 25 min from town. Bring your SUV. This wasn’t an issue for us because we planned ahead. Another reviewer already mentioned the well stocked kitchen and we agree. It was fun to cook here. We did hire a chef for three meals. I highly recommend this. One of our favorite lake houses for sure! And amazing quality time with our teens (which is rare these days). Thank you to property manager Lorrie and her team. They’re super responsive and helpful.
