About this property

This exclusive detached and child-friendly 100 sqm "captain's" house from 1855 is located in a quiet location in the middle of Hooksiel. The 1,000 square meter garden is wonderful for children and pure relaxation. 5 min. Walk to all facilities such as bakery, kiosk with EDEKA market, ice cream parlor, restaurants and. V. M. by Hooksiel. Approximately 20 minutes by bike to the beach. It is 15 minutes from the motorway to the house.

This holiday home is available to you as the sole tenant.

All rooms are on the ground floor. The attic is not for rent as a storage room. With two bedrooms, each with double beds, a living room, a large separate kitchen, extra toilet and a very large modern bathroom with shower and underfloor heating, a total of 90sqm with fresh and always clean furnishings is available.

A washing machine and dryer are ready for you. WLAN is also available. A Nespresso machine, microwave and oven are in the kitchen.

The 1,300 square meter property is available for plenty of space. There is also outdoor garden furniture, a beach chair and a grill. For children there are swings, enough toys and a sandpit, extra bed, children's chairs and a large children's playground.

Bicycles and a two-seater children's trailer are available for guests.

There are two parking spaces available. A garage is available for further storage options.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Es gibt viel positives zu berichten. Wenn man nicht unterwegs ist, kann man sich im großen Garten mit Terrasse entspannen. Das Bad ist geräumig und modern. Die Lage ist gut, relativ ruhige Straße, zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Min. im Zentrum. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist angenehm, unaufdringlich und unkompliziert. Bei Fragen gab es schnell Rückmeldung. Insgesamt würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Der Preis erschien uns bei ein paar (hier nicht explizit erwähnenswerten) Unstimmigkeiten etwas überzogen. Alles in allem weiterzuempfehlen.

Hooksiel... schön wars.

Der Aufenthalt war viel zu kurz... Leider war die Spülmaschine auf Grund eines Defektes nicht zu nutzen und es gab keine Mikrowelle. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Unsere Kids hatten Spaß, wir konnten uns erholen und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Unser einwöchiger Aufenthalt ist leider viel zu schnell vergangen. Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders das große Bad und der riesige Garten war ein Highlight für uns. Unsere Tochter hat es geliebt, im Garten zu spielen. Wir können die Unterkunft bestens Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Erholsame Tage im Ferienhaus Johanna in Hooksiel

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit in Hooksiel. Das Ferienhaus bot alles, was man braucht. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Der Vermieter ist beim Checkin persönlich vor Ort. Er ist sehr nett. Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr gefallen
