It is an incredibly spacious property that is impeccably clean and meticulously decorated and not for wanting any amenities. The location was convenient to amenities like stores, restaurants, etc., yet tucked away in the Oaks that you had a lot of privacy. This is an ideal getaway for multiple couples traveling together or if it is a family vacation. An incredible place to stay.

Great Family House

This is a very nice house, one of the best I have rented in Phoenix. I is huge and comfortable . The backyard is great. We had permission to have a family meal gathering at the house for a funeral and 25 people fit in just wonderfully. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home we loved everything about it. The bedrooms were perfect for our family and the kids area was fun for them. They loved the pool and the hot tub the best. Thanks again

Awesome house

The house was awesome. Plenty of space to spread out, tons of amenities, entertainment for kids and adults, quiet neighborhood. The only downsides were lack of enough lounge chairs and distance from downtown Gilbert.

Spring Break '23

We love Power Ranch! Location is great to major streets which have grocery stores and restaurants near. Kids can walk to parks for the basketball hoops. Plenty of space for all.

Family Vacation

House was great. The back yard lawn furniture could use an upgrade. The pool is nice when clean, but gets soiled easily from the trees outside of the wall.

Host was very responsive. Just a suggestion got guests, it would be nice to have a binder or sheet that shows what everything in the home does like remotes, switches, etc. It is something we have in all of the homes we stay in and is very useful. We appreciated the kind and prompt responses

Fun and Roomy!

Great house for large family with kids. The kids had a great time with swimming, hot tubbing, movie watching and foosball playing. Great kitchen and well equipped. We did a lot of cooking and eating and we always had plenty of places to eat and play. Magdalena was quick to respond when we had questions (which were minimal). We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic experience

This is a great house. One of the most well-appointed we have ever rented. We had a group of 7 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is near shopping and restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was very nice and we enjoyed the pool. Magdalena was super responsive and answered all of our questions quickly and to our satisfaction. I definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

Dose of Sunshine

Great property with very comfortable interior and exterior layout. Quick easy walk to stores, essentially across the street from nice golf course, great access to region. Pool was refreshing and nice. Lots of amenities provided. Only thing we would have liked to have are a couple of blankets to snuggle outside in cooler morning sunshine. Would absolutely recommend.

Fun Weekend

This house is amazing! Plenty of room for the entire family. Comfortable beds and grandkids enjoyed the twin beds. A little street noise but not too bad. House was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of beach towels for the pool. Outside area needs a few upgrades like new cushions for the lounge chairs and some landscaping cleanup work. Heated pool was nice.

Perfect if in town for games at Bell Bank Park

I was in town for games at Bell Bank Park. I couldn’t find a nice hotel close to BBP so rented this house. I had my son and a couple teammates traveling with me and this house was perfect. The house is beautiful, clean, well stocked, and in a lovely neighborhood.. The primary bedroom is separate from the others, which was great for us. There is also a nice lounging area by the back bedrooms. This was 100x better than staying at a hotel. BBP is an easy 15 minute drive. Wonderful place to stay!

Absolutely Amazing just doesn't describe this property!!!

We feel in love with this property. Everything was perfect. We couldn't of asked for a better place to have a staycation at. The house had everything we needed. The fools ball table and arcade games were just an absolute "over the top" amenity we all enjoyed. The pool/spa and back yard made for an ideal time to relax and enjoy the last of the Phoenix summer. Magdalena was just amazing and made everything easy. Can't wait to do it again!!!! Bob & Jaime

The Perfect Family Getaway

We had such a wonderful time! Our family wanted to visit grandparents in the area but they couldn’t host us all. So we all gathered in this amazing home! The setup was perfect for making meals together, eating together, hanging out in the sun while the kids swam, and even the high score battle on PacMan! We had a crawling baby and preschooler in the mix. Appreciated the high door handles to the pool. The host was extremely responsive throughout the stay. The pool company was quick to stop by when high winds created issues with the hot tub/spa. So grateful!

Kitchen was fully equipped, better than my own! The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were supplied with everything including shampoo/conditioner and body wash. There were towels for the hot tub use and also after showers. Games for kids were also available including Pacman machines and foosball. Entertainment was available almost in every room, with large screen TV’s and speakers. The outdoors was nice, clean and quiet. We took advantage of the large grill as well for outdoor cooking. The trash bins were next to the house. There was a nice flow for everything. The house was close to a park with wonderful walking paths. The owner, Magdalena was available and easy to reach and respond with any questions we had. If i go back to Phoenix with family or friends, this is the place i would reach out first.

Beautiful property but a little uncomfortable

The property itself was very nice and had all the amenities we were looking for. However, the owner has the thermostats locked so you can't change the settings and several times a day (including in the middle of the night) they would default to 80 degrees. Reached out to the owner who temporarily adjusted the thermostats remotely but the next day they defaulted right back to their programmed settings. Additionally, we found it strange and uncomfortable that there is a camera looking over the pool and hot tub.

Jeremy, Thank you so much for the honest and candid feed back! We sincerely apologize leaving you with the feeling that you didn't receive the 5 star experience you deserve. Ironically, in our attempt to give our guests a simplified and carefree experience we feel we under communicated with you. Directly after your stay we tested the A/C and the cooling system itself. We were unable to duplicate the system reseting itself and this is the first time this has been reported as an issue. Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will continue to monitor the system and again we sincerely apologize. In regard to the home outdoor "Ring" monitoring system, these have been installed strictly, and only, for insurance, safety and good neighbor policy. Due to a very small % of vacation rental users abusing homes for excessive partying, and noise curfew violations, the state of Arizona is moving in the direction of requiring these types of monitoring systems. We have chosen to stay ahead of, and comply with, any regulations that serve to create an overall better experience for our guests and our community. We absolutely respect the privacy of our guests and again we apologize for any lack of clarity or communication on our part. If we can be of service to you in the future please feel free to reach out.

Family Thanksgiving

We had rented this home for all of our family to be able to gather from different states and have a Thanksgiving Dinner and family time. The house was perfect for this, so spacious and clean. The owner was great at responding to any requests we had. The only thing I would suggest is more towels as there were not enough and we were washing them constantly.
