Lovely apartment, great location

The apartment was in a great location on the main street of Les Gets. It was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. There were plenty of towels and it was useful to have the washer and drier. The check-in process was easy, an email was sent the day before with the adress of the agency to collect the keys. It was on the same street as the apartment and was a quick and easy process as was check out. We would be happy to use this apartment again.

Our Stay at Appartement plein centre des Gets face aux départ des Chavannes

Noise from restaurant below property was very annoying. Stayed for 9 nights. Could not sleep till 3 am every night. No elevator so carrying luggage up 42 steep stairs till 3rd Floor was very tough. After paying 100% rent in advance had an ugly surprise when managing agency asked for deposit of Euro 1000 before giving the keys. This was not disclosed at time of booking the property. Moreover the managing agency refused to accept AMEX Cr. Card towards deposit. I had Visa cards so could offer them but imagine the plight of someone who has no other cards other than AMEX. Excellent location as far as facilities like ski lifts and supermarkets are concerned. Short walks to Tourism office and Museums, churches etc. Any one booking the apartment needs to keep my comments in mind.

Ski week

Brilliant location, right opposite the lifts and in the middle of the village. The owner was fantastic, but unfortunately the agency did not explain keys were to be collected from the agency rather than a key box at the actual property. Hopefully this will be remedied for next time.

Excellent location

Great location above ski hire shop and opposite lifts , could not be more convenient. Property has need of a shower curtain or glass as stading in bath sprays water everywhere. Kitchen has gas hob on top of dishwasher, thats a first! Lino flooring not well fitted , catches door onto balcony , needs fixing . But apart from little niggles a very nice apartment , well located and nice and roomy. Lovely lounge and balcony.
