Happily married since Dec. 26, 1964 with homes on Lake Michigan, Lake Havasu, AZ, and Copper Mountain, CO, and timeshares in Sedona, Kissimmee, FL, and Aruba. Both retired educators, we love boating, beaches, mountains and friendship. Dick is a 30 yr. retired National Ski Patroller and Ski Instructor in Colorado. We are happy to share our fun properties.

It’s hard to get enough of Sedona. We stayed in timeshare resorts all over Sedona before buying two weeks of flexible time in Arroyo Roble. That wasn’t enough Sedona, so we added a third week. The resort is unique in its Frank Loyd Wrightish architectural design, large water fountain courtyard, and creekside setting where you can watch the ducks and fish while dangling your feet in the water, sitting on Island hunks of red rock. The minute you pass through the gorgeous leaded glass front lobby doors to check in, leading to the spacious lounge with its grand piano, which then leads to the large outside pool an and hot tub overlook, you know you’ve arrived at someplace special. The high beamed cedar ceilings and fireplaces add a homey touch to the villa, and the master suite makes you want to stay in bed with a cup of coffee by the fire. We’ve loved every minute of our Sedona time, doing everything there is to do. Three years ago we purchased our Lake Havasu home 3.5 hours away, so now we have made our annual 3 weeks in Arroyo Roble available to rent during the highest demand time according to the front desk. We only rent by the week.
