Perfect summer vacation

we spent a wonderful time in the villa la pomme de pin. the villa ist perfect equiped and the location could not be better. right on the beach, very nice restaurants stores and hikin trails within walking distance. we could take our dog along, which was perfect. we will return for sure.

Fabulous beach location in well-equipped appartment

The property is practically on the large sandy beach. The beach is supervised, and the shallow water and gently lapping tide make it ideal for swimming and for children. The appartment itself is comfortable and very well equipped (though you have to go through the main bedroom to reach the second double bedroom). There is also a private garden which is fully enclosed and secure.There are several good restaurants and snack bars along the beach, but despite their proximity, we did not find the appartment noisy. The only possible issue might be parking. There are a couple of spaces on the road outside the property and a large free car park about 5 minutes walk away. We stayed in June and had no problem parking, but perhaps it might be difficult in high season!We were welcomed by the friendly property manager.Overall, our family can fully recommend this property!

Un bon séjour en famille

Emplacement idéal de la maison. Bruit des vagues très agréable la nuit mais les fêtards peuvent gâcher la tranquillité. Quelques bémols également pour les invasions de fourmis et les odeurs de canalisations nous ayant empêché d’utiliser 1 chambre pendant 2 nuits. Un petit rafraîchissement serait utile également. Propriétaire très sympathique et très bon restaurant à côté de la maison(qui n’apporte aucune nuisance sonore)

Villa sur la plage de Nauzan

Maison chaleureuse très bien placée sur une plage animée (marché nocturne, tounois de beach volley, restaurants...). Parfait pour les enfants. Il y a effectivement du bruit lié à la promenade ou au restaurant à côté mais rien de très gênant. Parking gratuit à 2 minutes. madramatique

location 10 jours fin juin. Maison des années 50 agrandie de bric et de broc au fil du temps. Très belle exposition et proximité de la plage, il suffit de traverser la voie piétonne. Malheureusement, cette proximité a un inconvénient majeur, le bruit. En effet, la maison n’étant pas reculée de la voie, les nuisances sonores liées au passage des promeneurs deviennent très rapidement difficile à supporter. En outre, des bancs et supports vélos sont fixés tout le long de la clôture. On a vraiment le sentiment que les badauds qui circulent et stationnent tout au long de la journée et la nuit sont dans la maison. Vous l’avez compris, outre l’emplacement exceptionnel du bien, ne pas louer et à ce tarif de surcroît. À savoir, forte odeur d’égout dans les sdb, pas de VMC ni de climatisation (tenus de dormir fenêtres et volets ouverts, moult coupures de courant sans accès au tableau électrique (obligation d’appeler la conciergerie avec un délai de remise en ordre d’une heure).

La mer même l’hiver c’est toujours magique. Gestion de la loc au top. Petit bémol : vétusté sur certains points (mais toujours gérée au pied levé par l’hôte / son gestionnaire).

Merveilleux emplacement

Maison idéalement située face à la plage. La voiture est restée au parking, tout peut se faire à pied. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Alexa et la propriétaire est venue nous saluer. La maison mériterait un peu de rafraichissement notamment dans une des salles d'eau mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un agréable séjour reposant.
