New 12-bed chalet 200m from the Linga chairlift

This 160 m² semi-detached chalet has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a separate toilet and can comfortably accommodate 12 people.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with freezer, raclette and fondue sets, electric kettle, air fryer, toaster, and coffee maker.

The living room is equipped with a TV with Netflix and a DVD player. The loft in the dormitory also has a TV and a DVD player.
You’ll have Wi-Fi access throughout the chalet via a satellite connection.
The wood-burning stove in the living room will let you enjoy cozy evenings. Firewood is included.

The sleeping area consists of:
- 1 bedroom with a 180x200 bed, an en suite bathroom (shower and toilet), and a TV with Netflix.
- 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed, an en suite bathroom (shower and toilet), and access to a balcony.
- 1 bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed and access to a balcony.
- 1 children’s dormitory with 6 beds, including 2 on a mezzanine. The dormitory is equipped with a smart TV so the children can enjoy a movie in their own space while the parents relax in the living room.

There is a third large bathroom with a double sink, bathtub/shower, and toilet on the second floor, which serves one bedroom and the dormitory.
There is also a restroom on the first floor.
For your convenience, the cottage is equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as a drying rack for ski gear in a laundry room on the first floor.
The chalet has 3 parking spaces: one inside the garage and two outside right in front of the chalet.

To top it all off, the chalet features a beautiful south-facing terrace with a view of the Linga.
A free shuttle that stops at the Linga parking lot, 200 meters away, will take you to the village center in just a few minutes.
The ski school meeting points are located in the village center and in Pré-La-Joux, both of which are accessible in just a few minutes via the free shuttle.

End-of-stay cleaning is not included and must be paid on-site upon arrival: 384€
The kitchen (dishes, utensils, countertop) must be clean and the trash cans emptied.
Sheets are not provided but must be rented at a rate of 35.52€ per person (fitted sheets, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat, dish towels).
