Room to roam

It is a big house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is roomy with a lot of outside light to let in. It has a nice swimming pool to eat by. It is in a very quiet neighbor hood. It is close to three major roads 101- 17 and 303. Good eating places nearby like Cold beer and Cheeseburgers. Our son stayed for 2days My wife’s two sisters and brother stayed for 5 days.We stayed for two months

Just What We Wanted

For our winter vacation we wanted a quiet neighborhood convenient to shopping, entertainment, and outdoor activities. And we wanted enough space in the house to comfortably accommodate occasional overnight guests. If you are looking for a party house, this is not your choice as the neighborhood is very quiet with the exception of a few dogs barking. The property, location and neighborhood exceeded our expectations! We found the house well supplied with everything we needed especially in the kitchen. The pleasant surprises for us were the close proximity to several great hiking and biking parks and the number of days we saw hot air balloons flying near the house. There were only two things that disappointed us--the pool is not heated so we were not able to use it during our stay January-March and the "deep cleaning" was not up to our expectation. We provided feedback to David on the cleaning, and I'm confident that the thoroughness of the cleaning will be improved for future guests. If we decide to return to the Phoenix area, we would rent this property again.
