If you have any special requests, please message us and we will let you know if we can accommodate. Please share a little about yourself/your traveling party and what brings you to the area at time of inquiry as this helps us prepare the guest house for your stay. *This is a detached private guest house in the large backyard of the owners occupied main house. You will have the entire guest house to yourself with private entry.*

•Flexible check-in / check-out times available.

•Maximum overnight guests: 4
Home Is furnished with one king size bed; queen and twin air mattresses or twin cots available upon request. Pack and play available upon request (includes infant bassinet).

•Minimum age to rent: 25

•No smoking/vaping of any kind allowed in the house. Smoking is permitted in designated outside patio area only.

•Pets considered; must have home owners approval. Additional $150 pet cleaning fee applies.

•No parties or events allowed. No loud music.

•Cleaning fee: $125

•Refundable security deposit. You will be responsible for any damage caused by you or your party during your stay.

•Home is on a well-maintained, fully functional, sensitive septic system. Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper. Do not put food, grease, coffee grounds down the drains. Doing so will cause damage to the plumbing system.
