The cottage is a charming holiday home perfectly equipped and very tastefully decorated. here, the decoration is refined and neat and the equipment is upscale. Arranged on one level, this beautiful house offers: a living room of 27m² with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge opening onto the terrace. You will also have a large bedroom (1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90) with access to the terrace and with adjoining shower room / wc. Outside: a south-facing terrace and a small garden both without vis-à-vis, a second north-facing terrace, a parking space alongside the cottage and a laundry room (accessible from the outside). The cottage (formerly a guest house) is located on the owners' fully enclosed property. At the gates of Auray, City of Art and History Yvonnick and Lénaïck welcome you. The house is ideally located for exploring the charming city of Auray and its port of St Goustan with its bars and restaurants. Not to be missed on Mondays: the market in the town center, the largest in the department! The cottage is the ideal starting point to discover the treasures of South Morbihan. You will be a few minutes from the expressway to get to the beaches of Locmariaquer and Saint-Philibert, admire the menhirs of Carnac and the wild coast of Quiberon, admire the Gulf of Morbihan ... Holiday home on one level, decorated with care, all inclusive and at the gates of Auray and the Gulf of Morbihan!
