Shoal Bay Coastal Sanctuary is located directly on the coast with beautiful unobstructed views of the sea. It's a gracious two story home of 3 bedrooms and 3 attached full bathrooms--the lower level is comprised of two bedrooms on either side of an open plan kitchen / dining room / living room arrangement with the master penthouse bedroom on the upper level--all rooms face onto the Caribbean sea and overlook the fresh water pool that extends beyond the covered patio...all rooms are fully screened and air conditioned and graciously decorated in a Caribbean motif.
The space
Shoal Bay Coastal Sanctuary is a very short hop to Shoal Bay Beach (less than a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk) whereby the beach has a number of "hidden" access points that can be easily reached from the home and will be detailed upon your arrival--Shoal Bay Beach is famous not only for its sand and water quality and abundant snorkeling opportunities, but also for its upscale hotels / friendly beach bars / causal and gourmet restaurants...as such you're close enough to it all to enjoy it while being far enough away from it all not to be bothered by any of it.
Guest access
Guests have unencumbered use of the entire home whereby the home is solely for use of guests who book together--there is no "sharing" with anyone other than those in your party.
Other things to note
In addition to the villa itself being lovely and comfortable the area is sublime with easy access to the nearly adjacent beautiful Shoal Bay Beach along with the amenities thereon of hotels and beach bars and causal restaurants, none of which impact the serenity of the villa itself--and, as an added "home entertainment" option, the garage has been converted into a pool table / dart board game room with the garage ramp now boasting a putting green and corn hole set...as such, the best of both (the best of all) worlds.
And as an important aside...
Please be sure to correctly indicate the number of guests so that proper arrangements can be made regarding bedroom preparation and provisioning--additionally, as base rates are calculated on double occupancy, please know there is a per person per night surcharge for additional guests to cover added costs of electricity / water / propane / wear & tear & breakage--in the event the additional guests are only staying for part of your holiday, please let me know directly so we can make adjustments properly.
And as a final note: Insofar as the villa is being offered for purchase, any purchaser must contractually commit to honoring all rental reservations as a condition of sale, whereby any rental guest interested in purchasing the villa will be granted a 5% purchase price reduction with showings only occurring during vacancies as guest privacy is paramount.

I moved to Anguilla in 1977 and other than the two years I spent in construction at 75 State Street in Boston @1987-88 and earning a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from MIT in Cambridge @ 1988-89, I've lived and worked on island consistently (and lovingly).
Why they chose this property
The villa is in a charming low density neighborhood of impressive coastal homes and boasts bougainvillea gardens upon entry--the grounds are lovingly goat protected with an automatic entry gate so the the plants don't get goat devoured...however to the north (to the seaside) one can often watch them lazily grazing on our natural vegetation.
The villa itself is a lovely 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa in close proximity to the stunning Shoal Bay Beach. The master penthouse bedroom features appliances for making morning coffee / keeping early evening wine chilled / heating hors d'oeuvres, all discreetly tucked into the gracious walk in closet--every bedroom (including the downstairs master and junior bedrooms) have unobstructed sea views with lovely sunsets visible from the pool deck and verandah.
The kitchen is open plan with the counter island adjacent to the indoor dinning area which is in turn adjacent to the living room with all areas having unobstructed sea views.
The verandah features two double hammocks for calm swaying as well as an oak bar table with four stools for casual outdoor dining whereby a bamboo settee and chair ensemble round out the furnishings--as for the pool deck, comfortable Caribbean style chaise lounges abound.
All in all, a lovely home well maintained and well priced.

Beach beach beach! My home is as close as one can get to being directly on a major white and pink sand beach without staying in a hotel or mega villa.
