Great Pet-Friendly Rental

We had a great experience at this property. Pat was extremely responsive and helpful; our dog even had a toy and treat waiting for him when we checked in. PGA AND WEDDING

This adorable little home was perfect for our attending the PGA Championship and our granddaughters wedding. What a nice historical area. Loved walking to town by the old mansions, so beautiful. Dinner with family at Agave and Rye. Great tacos!! This was one of our best VRBO rentals yet.

Perfect Getaway

Wonderful in every way

Clean, unique home in a convenient location for visiting anything in Louisville … which was our plan. We did that, and it worked perfectly. But we also found New Albany to be really interesting itself. Great food, lots of old mansions, friendly people, and a nice river walking path. Owner was exceptionally welcoming and had several personal touches that made us and our dog feel very welcome. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank uou!

In the Heart of Historic New Albany

The host though of everything - full stocked with snacks, drinks, paper-ware/toiletries, linens, etc so that we could check n and relax. Attentive to questions. Location is 1 block from Mansion row (Culbertson Mansion and Scribner House are must sees!) plus walkable shopping and dining options. We would highly recommend this rental for couple and furbaby.

Lovely and cozy in Historical New Albany!

Absolutely the best rental we've ever had! The location is perfect. It's in a lovely part of town with plenty of restaurants near. The drive into downtown Louisville is only about 10-15 minutes. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. My husband and our dogs really enjoyed the treats left for us. Pat has an excellent response time. I felt like we had a little home away from home. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay in the Historical Area of New Albany

Our friends from the North traveled to New Albany to enjoy the fall colors and a bike ride along the Ohio River Greenway. Neither disappointed! The weather was fantastic and 1010 Main Street was perfect in so many ways. It is a quaint home that was super clean, quiet, and very welcoming! Best of all, it is nestled among historical homes along Market and Main Streets. If you are looking for a bona fide experience of Hoosier Hospitality, head to New Albany and be sure to see if 1010 Main Street is available.

Pet Friendly shotgun house

Beautifully renovated shotgun home in quiet neighborhood surrounded by parks,churches and Victorian mansions, close to downtown. We were a bit surprised at the $25 per pet fee but our pups were certainly pampered. We were pampered as well with snacks, welcome gift and card. Well worth the price and we will absolutely book again! Hosts were accessible but we had everything we needed. The personal touches throughout were appreciated.

Great property!

This property was perfect. It was super clean. The shower was really nice. The ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area were a bonus. The owner was easy to contact and responded very quickly. The property is perfect location. Great to be able to walk downtown to grab a bite to eat. I would highly recommend this place.
